WELCOME to Walton and Hersham Netball Club

 We currently have 4 teams that play across a variety of local leagues.

HISTORY

We were originally a successful Youth team at the “ Teen and Twenty Youth Club” in Morden and won the Surrey Youth Club Tournament at Crystal Palace for 5 consecutive years in the 1960’s.

We became a Netball Club in the 1970’s called Ravensbury  and were still based in Morden.

In 1992 we lost our home ground in Morden and moved to Walton and Hersham Football Club so our name changed to Walton and Hersham Netball Club.

We have now moved to Cobham with training at Notre Dame High School and our home matches at Surbiton High Sports Ground in Hinchley Wood.

Club Action Planning Scheme

We participate in the England Netball “Club Action Planning Scheme” and have been awarded our BRONZE CAPS.

OBJECTIVE

The objectives of our club shall be to play and enjoy netball, to strive to improve and develop the netball skills and abilities of all members, to provide a fair environment in which members are given equal opportunities to promote sportsmanship and friendship within the club and in all the clubs dealings.
